• Dinner at the Glinzhof farmstead, just 400 m from our own, with tasty local cuisine under the slogan “simply ingenious – ingeniously simple, six days a week”, with organic meat raised here at our own farm, without GMOs and antibiotics, so our farming and nutrition methods are not harmful to the environment, while our animals (in a free stable) are slaughtered in a dignified manner and used entirely. TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT! THE FLAVOUR OF OUR MEAT IS EXTRAORDINARY!

Your holidays at the Alpine Resort Zwiglhof are definitively booked after written confirmation and the payment of a deposit. Current European laws do not grant a right to rescission; however, we offer the following conditions on cancelling bookings:

Cancellation between 30 and 10 days before the arrival date
50% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date:
100% of the agreed total price

We ask for your understanding that in the event of a no-show,
we will charge 100% of the stay in addition to the deposit.
In the event of early departure, the days spent will be charged. In addition,
100% of the agreed price will be charged for the remaining services agreed but
not used. Please inform us in good time if you cannot start your holiday.

• Up to one night, we charge a supplement of max 50%.
• Unused services are not refunded.

Fido, Fuffy & Co.
Naturally, you can bring your four legged friends with you – notifying us beforehand – and as long as you bring a basket or blanket with you to this purpose. The supplement for your domestic pet is € 20.00 per day (not including food and basket).

Marlboro & Co.
As of 2005, in Italy it is forbidden to smoke in public buildings and facilities, including bars and restaurants.

On 1 January 2014, South Tyrol introduced a tourist tax. Income from the tourist tax is used to improve and maintain infrastructures and services, as well as to organise cultural and sporting events. The tourist tax of € 1.35 per guest per night is collected by the hotel facilities. Children below 14 are exempt. The tourist tax is to be paid on departure and is shown separately in the invoice.
