After a visit you will feel completely refreshed and full of new strength. Children are also welcome in our wellness area. However, as this is a place for relaxation, we ask that you remain quiet in order to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
Finnish sauna – deep warmth with a view of the Dolomites
Our Finnish sauna is heated to a pleasant 80 °C and ensures deep relaxation. The high temperature stimulates blood circulation, supports detoxification of the body and strengthens the immune system. The humidity can be increased with soothing infusions, creating an intense heat stimulus that clears the respiratory tract and increases well-being. Steam bath – gentle warmth & hay aroma
Our steam bath develops its full effect at 40-45 °C. The gentle warmth, combined with the aroma of hay, ensures deep relaxation and supports the regeneration of body and mind. Regular steam baths promote blood circulation in the skin, regulate blood pressure, relieve muscle tension and can have a positive effect on the respiratory system. Feel how the fine steam gently envelops the skin while your body absorbs the beneficial effects of the natural hay aroma.

Pastor Kneipp already knew about the healing effects of hay. Our hay beds, filled with natural meadow hay from the upper meadow at 1,700 meters, release valuable essential oils through the gentle radiant heat. The infrared cabin combines gentle low-temperature infrared technology with the power of lava sand technology to generate healthy deep heat from 30 °C – without putting any strain on the cardiovascular system. The 15 meter long and 5 meter wide pool is deliberately divided into two areas: a separate swimming area and a plant pool that ensures natural water treatment. The pleasantly tempered water comes from our own spring and is sustainably heated by our own combined heat and power plant. Dive in, feel the soft water on your skin and enjoy the silence of nature – a place that invigorates body and mind.

For complete relaxation, our two quiet zones invite you to switch off.
