Your holiday at the Alpine Resort Zwiglhof is firmly reserved for you upon written confirmation and receipt of a deposit. Due to current EU regulations, there is no right of withdrawal; however, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellation Conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code

Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of cancellations by the guest, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation between 30 and 10 days before the arrival date
• 50% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date:
• 100% of the agreed total price

We kindly ask for your understanding that in case of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the stay in addition to the deposit. In the event of early departure, the days enjoyed will be charged. Furthermore, 100% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services will be charged. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to commence your holiday.

• For stays of up to 3 nights, a surcharge of up to 50% will apply.
• Unused services cannot be refunded.

Lassie, Mietzi & Co.
You are welcome to bring your beloved four-legged friends by prior arrangement and with their own basket or blanket. The surcharge for your pet is € 50.00 per day (excluding food and basket).

House Rules for Dogs

Dear Guests!
We are delighted that you have chosen our resort for your stay. Your four-legged friend is most welcome to stay with us.

We attach the utmost importance to hygiene guidelines, which we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining. While your dog is warmly welcome, we would like to draw your attention to our specific house rules for dogs. In your own interest, we kindly ask you to observe the following points so that you can fully enjoy your stay in our beautiful resort.

Liability Insurance and Training
Dogs brought to the resort must have appropriate liability insurance.
The owner is liable for all damages caused by their dog to other guests or to the hotel’s facilities.
Please understand that we only accommodate well-behaved, well-groomed, house-trained dogs with a friendly disposition. Out of consideration for other guests, uncontrolled barking is not permitted.

!!! YOUR DOG IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE ROOM/ON THE BALCONY !!!

Accommodation in the Room

Please bring your own sleeping arrangements for your beloved pet, such as a dog bed, blanket, or, ideally, a lockable sleeping crate. Our beds and sofas are strictly off-limits for dogs!

Our cleaning staff are instructed to report any dogs found on the beds. The resort’s towels are not available for our four-legged friends. Please use your own towels to dry your dog.

Walks
We kindly ask you to always use dog waste bags. Please also always take the waste with you in the surrounding areas. And also in your private garden! The next guest will thank you for it! Farmers also have the right to have meadows and forests free of waste. When you return from your walk, please dry and clean your dog before entering the resort or your room.

Wellness Area and Natural Pool
Dogs are not permitted in these areas!

Since 2005, smoking has been prohibited in public or gastronomic buildings and establishments in Italy.

As of January 1, 2014, a local visitor’s tax will be introduced in South Tyrol.
 The revenue from this tax is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events. The local visitor’s tax of €2.50 is levied per guest and overnight stay by the accommodation providers. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from this charge. The local visitor’s tax is due upon departure and will be itemised separately on your invoice.
